Lets See How I Rate

Loll !

I feel like the people with a signifiant amount of muscle are telling me I did the right thing and to keep going on and the ones with very little musculature are telling me I gained TOO MUCH FAT…

Wondering who I should listen to :s
good point.

your bulk still impresses me, its amazing what the human body can do in such a short period of time. great before and after photos as well.

your going to have a great timeline a few years down the road, take a look at my T-Page, mine is in progress as well

no offense but it looks like you gained mostly fat, what were your goals here? you were extremely lean before but now?

I wanted to become a fat pile of shit to see how it felt
LMFAO!!!

zdraw, I don’t want to hijack your thread, but show support for what you accomplished. Here is a picture of me as a lean supermodel that the ghey boys on here seem to like on the left and here’s me as a fat, bloated up whale on the right a month and a half later and and 16 lbs heavier.

Oh and now I can clearly see how ZombieNation88 could conclude that he’s so much “huger” than I am. Hahahaha!!!

funny how we all seem to be more tanned when lean ! LOLLL

It’s a phenomenon I haven’t been able to figure out yet…LOL

The people saying you’ve put on too much fat are simply idiots
simple as that

might just be the shorts in that picture, but those still look like skinny pins for your upper body development

Are you looking to compete in the future? or this is just for compliments.

You lat spread looks like it increased the best.
Your quads look like they didn’t at all, like soon as you cut they will go back down to the original size, traps are in between your lat progress and your quad progress.

You don’t want anybody to rate your progress but can’t help but comment since everyone else is. I’m on the opposite end of the spectrum as anybody on here, I don’t think you’ve started bulking yet. It looks like you just gained mostly 15 lbs of water, and carb weight. Not truly a muscle bulk that comes with a little fat.

I’m not saying you didn’t gain any muscle or fat just very little, maybe a pound or two.

I think you won’t see major change until you get to atleast 210, then you would be an greatly improved 185 when you end your cut

Damn, nice to see that after 18weeks over 4000cal I managed to gain only 1 pound of muscle.

I’m not looking to compete, at least for now, as I feel I wouldn’t be close to ready.

OP, damn good work

op good work, you definately added noticeable size. as another poster said, maintain a little before you start to lean out so you can preserve as much muscle as possible.

Probably the single best response I’ve seen to total bullshit on here

I was surprised at how much your calves grew, and there would be bugger all fat on them so I think it’s a pretty good indication of what probably happened elsewhere.

My advice would be not to listen to zombie nation

Dude, thats how the body adds lean mass. It doesn’;t just go on adding adding dry muscle mass pound for pound…you gain fluids, dry muscle, and some fat and over time, your mass gains will become more dense when you allow it to reach maturity. Thatas when you should start taking off the fat…if you drop weight now, you’ll just piss most of your lean gains away.

Maybe I didnt express myself well enough

What I meant is that I will cut down my calories a bit, but still be at least at equilibrum, to prevent any more fat gains

I was thinking of waiting to be at around 205 to start doing that progressively

Would that be a good plan or should I keep my cals as they are right now ?

I think it’s a good plan. Eat at maintenance for awhile. You’re body composition should continue to improve, right?

I would say it’s the shorts. If you are referring to my calves, they are 16.5 in diameter now compared to my arms at 17.25 inches diameter. I’m working them really hard to try and get them to catch up to my arms; goal is to get big AND symmetrical. If you’re referring to my legs, also I think it’s ths shorts. My quads now measure 27" around. I’ve actually put most of my focus on my legs in the first few years since they were so skinny. That’s no longer the case.
