It’s funny how quickly that crazy little army dude disappeared once his idiocy was revealed by others on this thread. ;0

good job zraw. How long have you been training? I’m going to try dc in another year or two(being, I’m still a novice), seems like it helped you out a lot. I enjoy reading up on info at intensemuscle, some good stuff. Yeah, ignore these other guys. They’re the ones who wake up every morning to check if they still have abs, then freakout and start cutting right away. While real lifters are upping weight and beating the log book.

Maybe I didnt express myself well enough

What I meant is that I will cut down my calories a bit, but still be at least at equilibrum, to prevent any more fat gains

I was thinking of waiting to be at around 205 to start doing that progressively

Would that be a good plan or should I keep my cals as they are right now ?

I think it’s a good plan. Eat at maintenance for awhile. You’re body composition should continue to improve, right? [/quote]

Well I certainly hope so at least lol ! Will also add in Dante’s recommended low intensity cardio sessions 2x/week and see how it goes !

low intensity cardio is good. im probaly the same bodyfat percentage as you. i walk everywhere, to the gym, to the train station etc. it definately keeps me trimed without losing too much. i lost my chin fat from a bulk just from having a gym that was a 30min walk away, both ways.

Bulking killed my father and raped my mother.

But serious, Z: I’m really impressed with the lat width. I’m as equally dissapointed with the leg development. I know it won’t happen over-night, but you gotta’ keep pounding them bad boys into submission. I think DC is an efficient way of improving your weaknesses, so I have no doubt your legs will respond to DC like my shoulders/chest have.

To Zombie - Real tough people who have gone through real tough shit don’t talk about it on the internet looking for sympathy. Go Crossfit till you die, you miserable little twerp.

Well thx all for the comments and critiques, I really appreciate as it’s a good motivation for me. (Had it not been for my previous rmp’s lats critiques, they probably wouldn’t have come out like that)

So to resume, I will :

  1. Maintain my current weight or add a bit more for a certain period of time
  2. Add some low intensity cardio to prevent anymore fat gains
  3. Bring up my quads as they currently are my weakest part
  4. Maybe stay in a caloric surplus but lower it a bit and eventually reach equilibrum
  5. Not listen to Zombie cause it’s pretty apparent he knows jackshit

Anything I’m Missing?

i love how bullying zombie is bringing us closer together as lifters. feel the warmth, feel the love.

You aren’t through with “bulking up” yet. You smoothed out a tad, carbed up (and added some muscle) and have learnt to separate your shoulders for the FLS. NO improvement in quads though. What movements are you using?

i agree with Ukpaire that you gotta stick it out longer, id suggest at least another 4 months to see any noticeable improvements.

u gained weight

but u gained muscle to, great job

You look like you increased your quads, calves and back width. Good job! Keep it up!

dude, dont even sweat that weight gain, its the idiots commenting on your bulk that have made me not post on thse boards over the last few years ive been on this site, if i had posted pics i would never have gained a fourth of the size ive gained over the last year and a half, from 215 (lowest was 206) to 306, or even gained half of the strength.

chill a few weeks and then get up to like 225, then cut down to like 200 with the condition you had befor, i had alot of lean, ab packing friends back in highchool, but not to many with 20 inch guns. Keep doing what your doin, its what sets the true lifters apart. good job and godspeed.

I would also recommend hitting your traps a bit more. Didn’t notice a huge difference there (although none of the poses you show highlight them).
I find that a few sets of HEAVY shrugs makes a big difference in terms of trap size (and quickly too).
