My name is Scott and I am an ex active duty soldier with the 82nd Abn Div, currently in the guard here in Illinois. I have been working out for bout 10 years and have spent time, money, blood, sweat, and tears to get to where I am at in my life as of now. Which is on my path with God which had brought me here.
My intent on telling you this is to bring you into what I am trying to do, which is to find out what fellow gym ethusist, fellow soldiers, and fellow T-Nation supporters would like to see in the supplement world. Any input would be great. What has worked for you? how do you prefer to have you supplements introduced to you body systems? i.e. powder, pill, liquid. What do you want to see changed? What is your ideal cycling of sups? What works for you? Bottem line what are your goals and what do you need to reach them more effciently.
