There was a massive guy watching me from an exercise bike, he came over later and introduced himself, apparently it was his bar. He said the 6 @220kg look really solid and fast, the last 2 certainly didn’t feel fast!

Moved town to stay with a mate whilst I let my head settle down and decide what I want to do about my living arrangements.
Joined a chain gym with access to 200+ gyms in the country. Drove over to the one I will use most as it is on my way to work.
Only newly opened. Far more equipment and machines than my old gym. Bit of a mess around session, will have to think about goals and start a structured programme soon.

I was seriously considering moving there just for the gym, but it would be 2 and a half hours drive from where my daughter is, so it’s a no go.

They might be doing that crossfit stuff there on the side.

If I was a bit younger I think I’d give crossfit a go. Something about it appeals to me. At my age though it seems to be to likely to produce injuries.

I’ve over bulked 202lbs after training, but I was very hydrated

Body fat mass and body fat percentage are almost at the lowest end of the scale, yet I’m 22lbs over the top end of the suggested weight range, so according to the scale I’ve 22lbs too much muscle.
Goal is now to confound the scale even more.
