Joined a chain gym with access to 200+ gyms in the country. Drove over to the one I will use most as it is on my way to work.
Only newly opened. Far more equipment and machines than my old gym. Bit of a mess around session, will have to think about goals and start a structured programme soon.

I was seriously considering moving there just for the gym, but it would be 2 and a half hours drive from where my daughter is, so itās a no go.

If I was a bit younger I think Iād give crossfit a go. Something about it appeals to me. At my age though it seems to be to likely to produce injuries.
