I’m going to start posting some of my training thoughts, training goals and frustrations on here. I’ll probably post the odd video as well.
I deleted all my socials as I feel they’re toxic and unbelievably time consuming, but I do miss the posting training videos etc. So I thought maybe this will be a better alternative! Plus I literally have zero friends that enjoy the gym and all things related so I have no1 to share my 0.25kg pb’s with.
I was a very mediocre strongman in my previous years, I got married, had kids and completely lost my way. Nowadays I’m nearing 40 and considering becoming an even more mediocre bodybuilder.
If you’re thing is reading monotonous ramblings, or observing average physiques and lifting then you’re in for a hell of a ride

Welcome. You are spot on concerning social media. I unfriended all but two high school acquaintances. For various reasons. Your upper body session looks good. Good luck with your legs!
Pendulum squat x 4 sets
Leg press x 4 sets
Leg extensions x 4 sets
Finished with a funky squat machine that felt like a bit of a front squat. I usually like to belt squats instead but a group of girls tied the machine up the whole time I was in there so tried something new….didn’t like it
Then I worked on my pitiful calves
Seated calf raise x 5 sets
Standing calf raise x 5 sets
Definitely did something right today because the quads were cramping as I took the little 1 to bed. Helped today as I had someone jump in on the pendulums with me, definitely much more effective when you have a spotter
Years of training has finally paid off, I opened the door to a trick or treater and he said….
Woah you’re jacked, is that your Porsche, are you Rambo or something
