Ohh and stick to what has worked for BBers for ages. High Volume/Frequency. Just because a few people do a different type of style like Dorian HIT or whatever doesn’t mean it will work best for you.

I’ve had great mass-building success with Mentzer’s style of training. I was eating a 1000kcal surplus daily too, which was the important part, obviously. There’s more than one way to skin a cat. I’m sure you’ve heard that before though, right?

Add to the basic lifts, but don’t forget about them. They’ve been around for decades for a reason.

I have spent too much time on how to train, leaving nutrition a side, great mistake. Lesson learned (?)
