People don’t normally do the same routine all their lives. Just do both if you like them.
I figured that but the 10 set one can’t possible be done for longer than a few weeks, the volume is beyond human imo
Then do 5.
You never know how you’ll respond to any program, so give each a try and see what happens. Also, realize that Leroy was not your average trainee, so if he did what you consider excessive volume, and it worked for him, that doesn’t mean it will, or even that it won’t work for you.
