What do you guys think of the vertical style leg presses? It would be for a woman so there wouldn’t be alot of weight on it? But how’s the angle and is it effective. What if a more serious trainer wanted to use it?
Could any of the strength coaches give their opinion?
My friend used to have a vertical leg press,I didn’t mind it,but then again,I very rarely use a leg press of any kind.One of my other friends used to complain about the pressure in his head while using the vertical.It seemed to hit the quads well,but honestly,I’d stick with squat variations,deads,lunges,and use the leg press sparingly.
