Leg Press vs Squats

I’m on EDT right now, and it’s lighting me up, but in a good way. I’m using it for fat loss, and it’s working great. The first couple of times I did the program I went light on the weights to get the feel for the timings. Undeadlift, you might have to do the same thing just to get used to the program.

Yeah, I plan using 65% RM for all exercises. I’m also doing it for fat loss (I’m only 8%, but I’m not satisfied). Thanks.

It hasnt actually killed people. I was being sarcastic. It is tough though.

You weigh 145 lbs. I would advise you not to worry about fat loss. Going by your current weight and the fact that you just called yourself a “hardgainer”, I am thinking that the reason you are “stagnating” is not the program, but your ability to eat enough food.

All of the fancy nonsense in the entire world isnt going to mean a thing unless you are eating at a surplus. I guarantee you that if you went back to those basic lifts that you supposedly stagnated with and ate 7 or 8 500 calorie meals per day on a consistent basis for several months, you would gain weight.

Dont get mad (most people who say things like “I am 145 lbs and 8% and I am going to start cutting next week” get really pissed when you tell them that they should work on gaining more weight), Im just trying to help you out. You cant flex bone.
