Imbalance between Semitendinosus/Semimembranosus and Biceps Femoris?
Other than trying to stress one portion more than the other by pointing of the toes during leg curls or width of stance during exercises involving hip extension, are there specific things I could/should be doing to adress an imbalance between the “semi” muscles and the heads of the biceps femoris? In this case my semitendinosus and semimembranosus dominate the biceps femoris.
How did you deduce that you have this intrictate “imbalance”? Talk about micro-managing. That’s like saying your glute minimus is overpowering your glute medius.
I wouldn’t stress over something this involved. Stick to a diverse variety of hamstring and general posterior chain exercises (all sorts of deads, all sorts of squats, rev. hypers, GHRs, and single-leg curls) It’ll sort itself out.

Exactly. How the hell did you determine which hamstring muscle is imabalanced? I doubt they are. They work together.
