Leg Matrix Posted in Men's Health?

I remember seeing a leg matrix (I’m pretty sure thats what they called it) work out in a recent issue of Men’s Health that was credited to one of the contributors here (I think it was Cosgrove). This matrix involved 4 body weight leg exercises done at the end of your workout with a time limit for fat loss and to work the CNS, except I can’t remember all 4 exercises and how many sets were to be done.

I know 2 of them were body weight squats and body weight jump squats, both done as quickly as possible.

Does anyone know what the whole thing was?

Jump Squats-:30 (no 2" verticals here—jump high!)
Speed Squats-:30 (as fast as possible)
Pause Squats-:30 (1 second pause “in the hole”)
Hold Squats-:30 (just hold the bottom position)
