Bad news. It IS my back. I felt something that wasn’t nice at all when I rack pulled 295. I was strong enough to lift it, but the pain got to me.
Good luck. Get an MRI if you want, but at least try my advice. I didn’t get an MRI until i was back to pulling over 400lbs (cause i got a free MRI). I never have pain, but there are certain things i don’t do (flexion/hyperextension/sit-ups/wrestle, etc.)
