In 531 BBB for the core/single leg section only core work is recommended by Jim Wendler. That means the only times legs are hit is with deadlift and squats once a week. Does anyone else not do any leg assistance and have been progressing very well or should I do some single leg assistance? Currently it has been working well only doing the main lifts for legs.
Yup.
Donāt forget the conditioning and jumps. Those also work the legs.
