Left, Right, No In Between

Imagine a white person posting this.

I think you are pretty right about the motivations of the businesses. In probability they are run more by conservatives, but rich liberals seem no better.
Bernie was pushing for a rise in the minimum wage, then it came out that he wasn’t paying people who were working for him even minimum wage. I imagine Trump paid as little as he could for the people that worked for him too.

Rome did have slaves, but eventually former conquered territories in the empire and freeborn inhabitants in them were granted citizenship. Most importantly foreign mercenaries were employed they proved to be disloyal, joining up with slaves and sacking the empire.

I think almost everyone in pwi agrees with both sides are too extreme. We agree there, and that is good.

It’s a double standard, only extreme left wing opinions are allowed.

That is true, but the media and social media consistently bans or demonizes the right while rarely opposing any left wing lunacy at all.

Fucking sad times man.

That’s the truth.

They realize he can’t be a full on Nazi. It’s not Trumps fault that they have flocked to him but his early rhetoric is a big reason why. And it wasn’t just secure borders stuff. They loved good people on both sides and they loved send them back for our ladies in Congress. It’s not like he doesn’t have a long history of a stuff that could be considered racist even before presidency. When he was younger and let’s not forget the insane birther crap with him.

If I pointed out yet again statistically that the right has a far bigger problem will you just tell me the left’s loading their guns?

Political terrorism is thankfully pretty rare still.

Again it’s worth noting the actual President has a history of encouraging violence. But I wouldn’t be surprised if you tell me he only encouraged violence because of the left.

I get it the left is crazier and far more extreme. And issues on the right are because of them. If your response is going to be some form of that yet again spare me.

This is PWI, so I’ll voice my opinions, but in real life I have plenty of conservative friends. We keep it clean. Mostly just talk lifting and stuff.

It is a mistake to think in terms of us and them. It’s just with an internet politics forum disagreement is the point. The media is at fault somewhat. Social media too.

For sure but it ultimately it falls upon us to not feed that monster.

Don’t white people post these types of things all the time? Is that person someone significant or just a random dweeb?

My Facebook and twitter is littered with plenty of stuff in that same vein but on the right.

You don’t think we’re a little past making decisions based off the Romans?

I guess I think the odds of “foreign” workers taking over the country is about as low as possible.

Nothing wrong with that statement by any means but I think it would be a bit short sighted to say that’s his only thoughts on immigration or at least what he has said publicly.

The way you say things and specifics matter. Trump frequently doesn’t read from prepared remarks like that.

Those who fail to learn from history are condemned to repeat the mistakes that others have made. I don’t know who originally came up with that saying, but its still as valid as ever.

If your talking about a violent overthrow by foreign workers, or immigrants your probably right. Highly unlikely to happen.
It doesn’t always work like that, and in a democracy it doesn’t need to. All that is needed is demographic change from immigrants, especially those that have been enfranchised with citizenship and are therefore allowed to vote. That happens with legal immigration, then a successful application for citizenship. It also happens when illegal immigrants come into the USA and have “anchor babies” which are legally American citizens. Over time the amount of immigrants builds up. If they are from cultures that aren’t compatible with a western democratic way of life, when the numbers reach a critical level they start to vote as a bloc, electing representatives from their own community. They use the system against the mainstream population. Think how divisive Ilhan Omar is . She down plays what happened in 9/11, “some people did something”. When asked question about what she was, being an American citizen didn’t even come into it.
Pew Research stated that by 2055 the USA will not have a single racial or ethnic majority. This will make it more difficult than in the past to get a consensus in any issue.
In 1965 over 80% of people in USA were white. 2016 the number is already down in the low to mid 60%. By 2065 it is estimated that whites will make up only 46% of the population.
White people are breeding less than in the past, divorce rates are high and single parent families are increasing. Recent Muslim and African immigrants generally have a higher birth rate.

This trend is repeated in virtually all western countries that have allowed mass immigration.

Somewhere, Sitting Bull is laughing.

What is the point of typing all that nonsense and not answering the question?

I don’t know all the details of what is going on in US politics but aside from a few lone nuts it sounds like it’s all left wingers that are responsible for the violence. Correct me if I’m wrong. The only incident that you could call political violence that I’m aware of leading up not the last Canadian election was when a group of left wing protesters attacked and blocked access to a speech by Maxime Bernier, a right wing candidate. It just looks like the same stuff over and over.

New York Times columnist

Still has a job at the times? Or was fired?

How old was that person when the tweets were made?

The funny thing is that she doesn’t represent the values of Somalian Muslims, she is pro-gay, pro-abortion, and pro-transsexual, to the point of attacking USAPL for not allowing transsexual men to compete against women. If she tried that kind of stuff back home they would stone her to death.

Imagine any newspaper standing up for an openly racist white employee.

They just keep dismissing them as isolated incidents. Its par for the course anymore.
