Family Attacked for Being in 'Wrong Neighborhood'

Lift heavy and go to the gun range on a regular basis. Protect your family and your friends. Help those you see in need.

Baton Rouge is def one of those towns where you do not want to end up in the wrong place after dark. Good city but some very bad neighborhoods.

holy shit. for some reason this is not a hate crime. i wonder what that reason is

And keep your fucking mouth shut if you can’t defend yourself.

EDIT: Scratch that…even if you CAN defend yourself, just keep your fucking mouth shut and go home.

But he made fun of his shirt.

Pretty sure that three black people beating up three white people for “being in the wrong neighborhood” anyplace else would be a hate crime.

But maybe they might still consider it such.

The real thing is the simple battery charges when both ladies were hit in the face and knocked to the ground…here that is assault.

Act and think like a racist, sorry to say and this will never happen. Don’t go where they go. I say this as I have never been attacked or even had to lock my doors where there are no “undesirables” around. I have been attacked for the crime of being white and driving through neighborhoods that weren’t.

Whites are not listed in the hate crime law, unless you are gay.

I also was thinking this should be a hate crime.

what if everyone should start attacking black people that dared to venture out of their predominantly black neighborhoods. Would that be racist?

According to the hate crime law yes.

Looks a little like Coolio…not really the guy I want screaming at me at midnight.

Me neither…11:45pm maybe, but not midnight, that’s when Conan O’Brien comes on.

This sort of thing makes me sick.

You mean…if they did that AGAIN?

Because the people being attacked were white.

Any type of crime like this makes me sick. Whether white vs black, black vs white, black vs black, white vs white. Attacking an innocent person is just bad.

The two females should have never gotten out of the car…tough to not do it, but at least they would not have gotten knocked out.

The big question is what if they didn’t. Would their husband/father be dead? Who knows what would have happened. Why did he not pay at the pump?

I believe they were waiting in line to pump.

The fact that the station owners would not talk to the media or the cops makes it pretty clear who is running that neighborhood.

I believe the station owner did talk to the media, they just didn’t want to be on camera. Can’t blame them; I wouldn’t want this to be my 15 minutes either.
