I don’t think I’ve ever heard that done. Its always either the sterile, medical use of “urine” or the more immature connotation. Urine; urinate. No, not a very poignant word as it stands, you must have some real talent.

training at the local-
post 9 hour work day and 1 hour commute each way. did pretty gud considering, made sure i got 2 meals in while i was workin.
so, i benched.

didn’t see anyone there i trusted to give me a liftoff/spot, so i kept it light enough and just did more sets.
then i fucked around, trying to keep myself away from
-the guys who were box squatting 2 plates on the smith machine, with belts, and collars on the bar
-the guy who was training the friend… doing what i can only guess were good mornings in the power rack, with his feet together, the bar on his neck, his back rounded, and the pins to rerack set 2 holes too high. also, i dunno how, but there was a bounce somewhere in each rep.
- the military press guy from last time who was squatting in the smith machine, also to a box, supersetting that with jumprope. 4 plates was too much for this 6’2", 210lber, even with the 50year old gym belt.
so i did
-incline flyes, 3x15 with 15lb dbs

i was too disgusted with life for cardio and left, trying to talk my way out of spending the money for a burrito. i lost. but, i had a third dose of my efa’s with it, so, i win.
and apparently i have 1 more disc before i finish season 3 of Dexter. I hope he kills Miguel.
I’m not going to tell you how the 3rd one ends
but its funny how through the writing we can follow Dexter killing people for 5 seasons but other people killing is a turn off. Just goes to show how a slight turn of hand can color a situation.
I’m waiting for season 4 to drop in my stocking this year.
