I feel like I should clarify… my official winter break starts Thursday at midnight. The final ceremony for the class with the grant is Thursday at 6.
which means i had to turn in a 5 min (real 5 min, not cbear 5 min) speech for the ceremony, study for my spanish final that im gonna show up for at the 10am class instead of the 530 class (prof doesnt know it yet, emailing him now.*), completely rewrite a rejoinder essay and revise the wonka/7 sins paper now that it’s been conferenced.
i also hafta get cups/ice for the grant class potluck at noon, find a nude colored panel for the black backless-ish dress i INSIST i wear to the grant ceremony, revise the speech after it gets reviewed, and clean the house for the handful of women who will be prepping here before the ceremony. Ugh. wimmen. someone’s gotta bring a flask.
oh and two shifts at work, and a trip to indianapolis.
