I pulled my phone records from the day of the accident and theres a 20 min gap between texts i sent and recieved, so theres no way the two “witnesses” who “saw” me texting to cause the accident have lost all credibility.

Jason has been stayin with Jim Wendler. W. was sure i’d referred to that before, but possibly left it out, and i can see how me sayin that im helping him move could come across as awful.
jason got his very own apartment like a grownup (and, an xbox before seating or a bed. :-)) and i helped him appropriate and move house type stuffs all weekend.
the big stuff is pretty much done, but DARNIT, he hasta stay with me for a night bc the gas hasnt been turned on yet… sheesh, what i gotta put up with! (im sayin that only bc hes on his laptop across the room.)

Thats not completely true. I was 100% confident that Wendler would come off of the folding chair. I did have the xbox in my posession first though, to be fair.
