sat, efs- light squats. seriously. not kidding.
worked up to (ha!) 115, did 4 or 5 or wtf sets of 6, shorter rest than usual. working on form more than ever. now is a good time for me to mention i hate more than 3 reps of something. unless its kroc rows. hmmm. should do summa those.
glute ham raises- on the red machine, ON THE INCLINE! that part of the wall has 3 ghrs, and its on a “hill.” ive always had to pull the machine down flat. was frankly too tired to do it this time.
did sets to total 36 reps.
hip thrusters- unweighted, 4x12, feet shoulder width apart.
then some scarecrows with chips. (2.5lb plates, not doritos. mmmmm, doriiiiitoooos…)
sat, sun, mon- GPP.
insane amounts of it. was with pegg and his kids! sunday afternoon was a walk in the creek on their property. ankle to chest deep water, with wet shoes (shoxx that are 3 years old. musta weighed 10lbs apiece wet) for about 500 yards. got to catch (try to) crawfish.
rest of the weekend was running, jumping, chasing, wrestling, and wii. I LOVE WII!
last night i had an awful allergy attack. sneezes like the Apocalypse was coming and me sneezing would stop it. 3 claritin and 1 zyrtec in the last 24 hours. im dry, havent sneezed, and im only a lil tired. first 2 claritin were sublingual. (didnt know you could do that, eh? i get the generic kind, and they werent awful at all. i used 2 bc the bioavailability goes down if theyre not formulated for that method of administration)
tonight i have showered, masked, painted my nails. i have no motivation for the gym or even to do dishes. theres beer and bagel.
