Bad Bear slept in today and did not train. pics and food porn should make up for it.
Had class at 1, and went to Long John Silvers first. 2 pieces of fish, french fries, hush puppies, 3 packets of tartar sauce, and a mt dew later i was ready to eat the food i brought from home.
2 samplesize boxes of wheaties fuel with whole milk, and a protein shake made with coffee, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla MD.
i got wide eyes after the LJS when i pulled out the bowl for cereal and both boxes, then some comments when i pulled out the shake-
“omg i could never eat like that”
“dude you didnt even pause. you just.kept.going.”
“where do you PUT it?!”
“do you have a worm?”
tonight at work (2 hrs after class) jason brought me 2 tacos, and chips/salsa/cheesedip. he loves me.
Glad to see that the eating is going well. Training is important, but you need food to LIVE. Love the tapeworm reference. I’ve been asked the same. Gained 4.6 lbs in the past 2 wks. How’s ya doing on that front?

Also impressed by the pullups. very nice form on those. But what’s the deal w/ the two fingers? As in why? And how does it improve the exercise? What does it isolate/ work better than a full fingered grip?
I’d experiment on myself and give them a go, but it feels safer to ask.
I would think finger tip pull ups are harder just like finger tip push ups? A show of strength, thus further proving that the Bear has mad circus skillz…

db presses, flys, shoulder circuits of the TYWLASKJBYGI variety, and decline pushups (feet on bench).
was trying to decide if i was finished when 5 SUPER AWESOME brotards came in to do wrist curls and bicep curls and mps and shrugs. almost every db off the rack, and i had just cleaned things up.
sigh.
i left. i was done.
so i dont normally work thursdays, but i agreed to work tonight, bc one of the women(#1) wanted to be off on her BDay. ok. i get that.
so i walk in and woman #1 is there. im all, wtf… okay…
so i found out over the course of the evening that woman #1 was there even tho she was sick, woman #2 wanted an earlier shift or a day off to spend it with her 3yr old for the kids bday, and woman #3 wouldnt trade shifts with woman #2 bc she had BOOK CLUB.
this is where i tell u that woman #3 is 44, single, never married, no kids, lives WITH her father, NEXT DOOR to her sister, and weighs approximately 320lbs at a height of 5’4". absolutely no reason to be a cunt and prove that book club is more important than a 3 year old little girls birthday. ON TOP of having me come in on my day off. mother fuck.
