I kind of feel bad for ripping you apart everytime you post.

I didn’t know how slow you actually are.
I show you 340 pound bench some other time.

Oh shit, sometimes I really find myself cracking up on this site.

Reach the peak of your jump before you flip. You don’t want to flip too early, you want to stall your jump, and flip at the peak. That’s how people get those super-high floaty tucks.
Whatever you do, don’t listen to this advise. You don’t exactly have time to sip tea up there, gravity is a calling. Jump straight up and whip those arms over your head in such away that you start your rotation as soon as you leave the ground. Work on super high floaty tucks after you get good at it.

Skip to the end I put shirt cause I did not want face to be seen.
You fucked it up that bad with your failed backflip, eh?

my failure sense is tingling

Back Tucks are very easy when it comes to acro. Being top heavy actually makes it easier for this particular move. Dont bother with a round off it will teach you bad technique for your standing sault. Just go watch Jujimufu’s tutorial on youtube and listen and go try.

chicktuna, you keep this up, you’re going to knock eliteballa3 from his throne.

The greatest thing is, I used to think you were a troll, especially based upon your history in the steroid forum (anyone who is enjoying this thread and hasn’t read his post there, should); but the more I stub my toe upon your posts, the more I start to believe that you are, indeed, for real.

I think you could probably show everyone on this thread who’s the boss by wearing an Obama mask while nailing that back-tuck thing. That way you can hide your face without having to worry about the shirt messing up your form.

Rock on, man.

So was the challenge to see who can do a backflip or who has more riding ponies and tickle me elmos in their room? If the latter, you have your work cut out for you HolyMacaroni…

I was referring to the slowness of your cognitive function, not your filming skills.

Your response obviously proved my point.

Tuna - I take it back you are not a troll.

Toolbag - but no troll.

This was awesome. Do you eat at the big table with adults or do you bring your big boy food to your play room and sit in your elmo chair and eat?

Keep coming back - PLEASE.

What the fuck WAS that? Chictuna, your mental faculties aren’t firing in sync are they. Like anyone on this site give a SHIT what your face looks like and to top it off that “backflip” or whatever the fuck you call it looked like a quadriplegic trying to do a scene from Breakin’ 2: Electric Bugaloo
