You know what I will wear my helloween mask of a warewolf. I will do it on carpet and not fuck up. I will show other stuff. too. Little by little I will get people will down.
anyways, the gym at the rec center has a ‘combatives’ room, the whole floor is padded, and has a crash pad as well.
went over the basics again today, as well as some drills. had me jumping and stretching my arms up as high as possible, while trying to focus on a spot on the wall and not have my head tilt back. also jumping straight up and coming down in the same spot.
but no rotation today. sorry about that guys.
tomorrow i’m going to be ‘spotted’ for my flips. considering my partner today was a 5’4 120lb girl, we’re going to have one of the male cheerleaders spot me tomorrow.
i’m really excited and optimistic about this. she says i definatly have enough ‘up time’ to be able to complete the move.
i had originaly though this was something that might take weeks. however barring any injuries, i should be able to do a spotted b.flip tomorrow, and an unassisted one by monday.

Maybe because I don’t update my stats all the time. I weighed myself at 165 about 3 months ago. I don’t know what I weigh now, but I’ve gotten visibly bigger since.
I’ve also posted more recent pics randomly throughout the site. The ones in my profile are VERY old.
I also deadlifted 405 the other day.
I also spent 4 months last year in Thailand that I didn’t exercise, drank everyday, and ate Thai cuisine (AKA low protein, high carb) which is hardly optimal for body comp.
Regardless of any of that, you don’t need to be Mariusz Pudzianowski to know that chicktuna is a fucking retard.
