Leaner & Vascular

I just finished reading Beradi’s 3 chapter bible to massive gains which i intend to follow strictly. My specs are 5’6’’ weighing 150lbs and my objectives are to put on about 20-25 while also looking leaner and somewhat vascular. I have never taken anything other than androstat150 (increased strength) and your stand. nitro-tech shakes for protein. Does anyone have any suggestions that would not include gearing up to acheive these results. Possibly a Mag 10 stack? I’ll keep doing balls-out pushups in the meantime. thanks.

It sounds like you’ve got some lofty goals there, my friend. I have no idea what your current body fat % is, and without that I cannot accurately say, but generally speaking your goal of putting on 20-25 WHILE looking leaner and more vascular is probably not going to happen. Unless you’re a genetic freak, I would say those are two seperate goals. Or, perhaps you could say “then” instead of “while.”

Gaining an appreciable amount oif mass almost always requires excess calories, and overeating will usually result in some fat gain. If your diet is in order (which is should be, since you mention reading Berardi) your fat gain should be kept to a minimum, but it will still occur.

What you're honestly going to need to do is chose a goal, either muscle gain or fat loss. Then, you have to gear your dier, training, and supplementation to that goal. If you're 10% body fat or below, it's time to bulk, though if you want to wait until after summer I don't rally blame you. Afer you put on the mass you want, then it's time to slowly diet off the fat you've gained.

Next, the Androstat 150 Poppers are a decent product, and if you like them, keep using them pre-workout, but do yourself a favor and DROP the Nitro-Tech crap. I'm going to be a Biotest whore for a second and suggest Grow!, but I willingly admit that there are a lot of good protein powders out there -- fact of the matter is, Nitro-Tech just ain't one of 'em.

Next, you mentioned Mag-10. It's a great product and you'll see phenominal gains; however, you didn't mention your age. If you're young enough, you may not need the pro-steroid help to make those same gains. Additionally, if you do chose to use Mag-10, I would suggest not using Berardi's Massive Eating Plan while "on." It has too much fat, and you won't need to excess fat in your diet to raise T-level while you're using an androgen. Go with 2g protein and 2.5g carbs per pound of lean body mass.
