Said one moron to the other. If you don’t want to be a bodybuilder, then fuck off kindly. This is a bodybuilding website in case you missed it.[/quote]

Uh , the guy in you’re avatar was known for symmetry NOT SIZE. That was my point. Zane was not a bodybuilder that was trying to be the biggest, freakiest thing on stage. He was smaller than most he competed against. So in case YOU missed it- the goal for bodybuilders isn’t always to be as big as possible.

There are more goals to this than size. Go back and continue doing your benches, curls and drinking weight gainers. Said one moron, to the other, to the other!

Yes, because Frank Zane was very small. Tiny, anorexic even.

Come back to me when you’re even close to a ripped 180lbs. Hell, even the OP has said he wants MORE MASS.

ANyway you have proven me right in your own post, this forum is for powerlifters too and if you check RMP very often you would know plenty of powerlifetrs and combat sport practitioners post here. Nice post count does your workout mainly consist of reading forums?

Did you miss the first sentence? How many of them (powerlifters and combat sport practitioners) should even care about their physique?

Hrm…

You can’t have symmetry without size, and you can’t achieve symmetry without adding muscle mass to certain bodyparts. Dumbass.

Did you miss my entire post? You see plenty of power lifters and a few combat sport practitioners posting on this forum.

Austin why are you on this forum then? We don’t have a forum to help people with swollen nipples so shut the fuck up.

Very bright, cause everyone knows powerlifters and fighters love to display solid physiques of pure muscle and symmetry. Check and you’ll see the majority of powerlifters and combat fighters display jack shit and that’s why the hardly post in here.

Everyone also know powerlifters and combat fighters main goals are to compete on stage at the olympia, universe, mr. america cause that’s the goal of there sports. Right…

I’m sick of douchebag idiots.

You should be able to use the attach image field when you go to post. I don’t know why it wouldn’t be working for you. Great job with the amount of mass you have so far, it’s very impressive given your age. Good luck with adding more, I know it just gets harder the older you get, but you look like you know what you’re doing and are willing to put in the work needed to get there. From looking at your profile pics, your legs seem to in the most need of more mass, if your looking for specific comments.

Thanks for the props. Yes my legs are the most lacking in mass, that is correct. And it’s not due to not working them either. I’m still working at it… Recently changed my program & we’ll see how that pans out.

Not that this matters the point is, this website is for a variety of athletes not just body builders.

uh dumbass, you can’t read. once a bodybuilder achieves the size he wants and is looking to get cut and create symmetry. THERE COMES A TIME WHEN SIZE IS NOT THE GOAL! get a clue. The last time I checked bodybuilding had weight classes. go shoot up.
