So it’s 3 weeks today since I’ve been on daily testosterone administration, and 13 weeks since I added the primo to my HRT protocol.
Everything feels good, my hormones feel balanced. In fact I feel better than when I was on my E5D protocol but I’ve also been to the gym a couple times which has definitely contributed to that.
My straps and water container came today and good news… the scales came. I weighed myself before dinner, you guys go ahead and take a guess at my weight lol.
I look pretty much the same as yesterday, my abs are still visible like they were yesterday. Just to remind you guys, I’m 5’6"
So I’m back at 75kg/165lbs lol, the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life. I looked better in November 2019, I was more muscly and more chiselled. And I don’t know how accurate that body fat reading is lol, I didn’t think it was possible to have visible abs like mine at that body fat % lol

My bodyfat % is in the red lol, I think the app is telling me to go and lose fat lol. I’m sure you guys know i’m in bulk mode lol, I’m going to ignore the app. I’m just going to build as much muscle as I can, that should bring the bodyfat % down. Maybe 20 lbs more would look good on on me and improve my health, Maybe 40 lbs.

Today was legs and chest.
As I was entering the gym a woman who was exiting looked directly at me for like 2 seconds and she smiled at me, i smiled back and continued through, around 15 minutes later in the gym I thought “that woman smiled at me, i should cold approach her”, lol “too late”.
Anyway . The workout went really well, I feel really good.
My 2nd vial of testosterone is running low, there’s maybe 3 or 4 more doses left in the vial, but there’s a little peice of rubber in there so I’m not using it anymore.
I’m now on my 3rd vial of testosterone, I’ve been using it since Saturday, this vial I do not have a lab certificate for.
I’m probably going to delay my blood test for another 6 weeks. For the last 3 and a half weeks I’ve been on 161mg testosterone per week, via daily administration.
I’m going to continue administering 0.08ml per day. The lab said it could be 10% more or less, which means I’ll be on something in between 151.2mg and 184.8mg per week, though it’s probably in between 160mg and 180mg(I briefly roughly averaged out the available lab certificates). I believe I will be fine with that dose on daily administration

I think some of you are worried about me, so I’m just posting to let you know i’m well, I feel really good physically.
I’m noticing physique improvements everyday, I’m planning to up the 100mg/ml primo to 1ml E5D from 0.80ml.
Other than that I wanted to let you know i will probably post less frequently from now on so don’t be perturbed, just know I’m on the case, progression, mind, body, soul, finances
I wanted to know why you move the thread from the TRT section to the training log section?
I think it belongs in the TRT section because I have made a lot of posts about my TRT protocol whereas I have only made 1 post about my training and that wasn’t even in depth.
The thread started off discussing your TRT protocol. Back in June, when you changed the thread title, it veered off to discuss nutrition, your gut health issues, religion, and a bunch of non-TRT topics. It’s most appropriate in the general Training Logs section.
I believe it’s all TRT related in my honest opinion, it all has an effect on my TRT protocol if you think about it…
for example my spirituality has a big impact on my decisions when it comes to my TRT/HRT protocol and my blasting plans.
But if you believe it’s more appropriate in this section, I trust that

So I made it to the gym today, I had the best workout of my life, back and biceps, I went in with the straps.
I properly broke my previous deadlift PR 1RM with 140 kg, 308 lbs. It was the first time in my life that I’ve lifted 3 plates.
Before TRT my deadlift PR was 118kg 260 lbs. In fact I haven’t attempted a 1RM since I started TRT but today it felt right to see my 1RM.
I want to thank you all for the love and positive energy you send me and for praying for me.

You got as much warning as the multiple people who replied to this thread before you changed its title. It was originally “Seeking Advice on Bloodwork” and you got dozens of replies to that. Four and a half months later, you changed the thread title to the log/diary about bodybuilding, gut issues, etc.
You’ve also talked about TRT in about 25 out of your last 100+ posts. So, as I said earlier, this thread isn’t about TRT and it’s most appropriate in the general Training Log forum.
The thread was moved into Training Logs eight days ago. There have been about 10 posts since then. If anything, “the audience” changed when you edited the thread title.

I was weighing 77kg/170lbs, that’s the heaviest I’ve weighed in my life. The app is actually calling me obese lol
