It has been over a week on my new daily testosterone administration protocol, and over 11 weeks since I added the primo to my HRT protocol.
I felt healthy today. I’m feeling good, my legs was feeling really powerful when I was walking today, my hamstrings was feeling jacked, and I had that feeling like a yearning to walk up to the bar and start deadlifting it. to me deadlifting is like art, I’m always trying to perfect that technique, the flow, the motion, and when it all comes together it’s like art to me.
Also my biceps was feeling jacked today, it feels like it was growing, maybe its muscle memory or something, when I was eating lunch my bicep was feeling sore and felt like it was pumped to the max and growing.
I should mention I have been on 5mg cialis daily from Monday.
The way I seem to be growing makes me think the 200mg/ml primo acted differently on my body as opposed to the 100mg/ml primo, the anabolic effect almost feels rough, how the muscles feel sore, pumped and like they’re growing, or maybe it’s just the fact I changed my testosterone protocol lol.
Some good news, I’ve ordered a blood test, I’m thinking to draw the blood on the 21st of August, which would be 6 weeks and 2 days on daily testosterone administration, and 16 weeks primo. for future reference I’m counting the start of my E1D protocol the 5th day after my last injection on my E5D protocol.
I’ve decided continue using the 100mg/ml primo because of the blood test

I’m feeling really good, I’m feeling dialed in on my E1D testosterone administration protocol. I still haven’t taken or felt the need for the co-codamol or the deca. @unreal24278, @spinup, I’m thinking I won’t need to add deca to my HRT protocol after all, I think I can get the same outcome I’m seeking using the extra testosterone instead of the deca. I think some of you think I’m too young for long term deca usage lol
I’m still planning to medicinally blast the deca when the time is right, I believe that is a good medicinal treatment option for someone like me with ulcerative colitis at my age, etc. I have a feeling I will get really good results.
I want to improve my health, quality of life, I want to be able to perform well at everything without hindrance and I want longevity.
I had a HIT workout yesterday after I posted. It felt right, I held back on the push up but still got good results. It was late and I didn’t take pictures.
The gyms should open soon, I’m hoping after i spend time in the gym with free weights, it will improve my ability to do push ups like I used to, I enjoy doing them.

I have researched Christianity, I have probably read more of the bible than most people and I probably follow the teachings from the bible better than most Christians.
I’m curious have you read the gospel of Barnabas?
I follow the actions and teachings of Jesus, the messenger, the messiah, the prophet of Allah (swt). I worship the same God jesus worships.
Jesus is not God and he never said he is God, the divinity of christ was decided on by a gathering of men at the 7th ecumenical Council of Nicea when jesus was not there.
Read the book of John. There are plenty of times in that book alone, that Jesus claims to be God.
He claims to be the same “I AM” that God the Father is in the Old Testament.
When Jesus said, “I AM”, the Jews picked up stones to stone him, because they knew he was claiming to be equal to God the Father.

The original Aramaic bible which is in the actual language jesus spoke which is very similar to Arabic was taken from us. They tortured and killed the followers of jesus then hijacked his religion and changed it.
The Bible we have today is a translation of a translation and it has been heavily edited and changed.
Jesus is the word of God, the hand of God, the spirit of God. Other servants of God have had these title too. For example Imam Ali Ibn Abi Talib. some people call him God and worship him, and get help from the devils for their fruits, that I have seen with my own eyes.
When I read the bible, I can tell what’s authentic and what’s been tampered with or mistranslated a couple of times, but most people won’t be able to do that.

I have had solid evidence the Quran is the word of God, immaculate and unchanged from when it was revealed, it is The Book in which there is no doubt
So today I decided on back and biceps.
on 1 plate deadlifts, I was getting to around 13 reps but my hands was dictating failure, I wanted to do more reps but but hands were hurting. my hands was locking shut on the bar, and I was forced to kneel at the end of the sets. and I had to pry them off, then they were stuck in a claw like way and I was unable to move them until I opened them with my forearms and they felt stiff. I was trying to conceal it so no one noticed. Some guys was looking at me, i think they were concerned.
I was loving the deadlifts, i wanted to do more but I was worried about my hands. My fingers are feeling weaker than they have ever been in my life, Right now they seem to be looking thicker and stronger but maybe they’re swollen, they feel slightly stiff. I’ve always avoided buying straps trying to build up my grip strength, it was much stronger before.
Other than that I had a good workout, I left feeling much healthier. I’m planning to do military press tomorrow and maybe chest.

Like I said, the followers of jesus was oppressed, tortured and killed for hundreds of years, following his departure from earth.
They would be tortured and killed for just owning a Bible and the Bible would be burned and destroyed. Bibles was kept in secret and in hiding places.
We don’t have one copy of the original Aramaic Bible, as the original of the translations to refer to, ask yourself why, and what would an original Aramaic bible be worth today?

Also I’m not trying to convince anyone of anything, Allah guideth whom he willeth. If I wanted to convince you, I would bring evidence the Quran is the word of God, starting with the scientific miracles of the Quran, starting with how God describes the creation of the universe and how it matches the modern scientific description of the big bang theory 100%, or the genders of plants and what’s under mountains or the function of female bees etc etc etc.

Pharaoh had palaces, armies, wealth etc, but he didn’t have God, even with all the bad things he did God gave him the opportunity to reform and turn things around. It would have been hard and painful by my reckoning with all the negative karma he had.
God gave him the opportunity to submit to Moses, but he resisted and continued to do bad things, he crossed the line and then God was done with him, God drowned him in the sea.

I just took some photos and uploaded one for my profile picture, I was planning to take pictures in a few weeks but I feel as though you guys want to see my progress.
I have only been to the gym twice so far, I didn’t go today because my arms and legs was sore enough to make me feel as though resting would be more beneficial for growth. I did some push ups before taking the pics.
Tomorrow will be my 3rd week on daily testosterone administration, I feel really good, my finger prick blood test arrived and is on hand.
I know you guys want an update on my hands, Today they was feeling much better, in fact they was feeling stronger than last week, maybe the deadlifting actually worked to strengthen my hands, I did have a generous dose of Rick Simpson oil before bed last night.
I have ordered straps and one of those water containers to increase my water intake, and you guys would be pleased to hear… scales lol
Let’s be real here. We all know there is no god. And worshipping a fictional character is a total waste of time and effort. If I’m wrong, then at least god still love me. If I’m right, then I am a free man. Seems like a no brainer to me.

I have a good relationship with Allah, The Glorious and Exalted, Allah is the name I use most when I call on him, he is good to me.
