From some of your videos I think we live in the same country. I don’t know if you are there right now, but as far as I know, real Anavar is very hard to come by if you get it from our distributors. I have heard that one of the best quality Anavar is made in Mexico.
Be careful though. It may not be something that is harmful, but at the same time it may not be what you think you are using.

My elbow is feeling almost fully recovered today so I think it’s real anavar because if it was 100mg winsrol I had yesterday I think I’d be feeling worse today

On my previous cycle the anavar I was using started making my joints sore in higher doses so I think that was winstral and now I prefer to have higher estrogen levels to use winstrol but I realise the deca would probably increase my tolerance for winstrol, on the cycle before last I titrated up to 210mg dbol per day for the experiment and dbol seems to increase my appetite, I wouldn’t advise anyone to do that dose, I could only tolerate that dose for a few days while I was on halotestin and winstrol and obviously the primo helps but when I stopped the halo it felt like too much estrogen and I had to lower the Dbol

I think yesterday my body was too sore and worn down and even the anavar and dbol couldn’t repair me fast enough

I’m hoping my estrogen levels come back up to to the optimal zone for me soon and I’m hoping body will recover soon

Regarding the waking and cardio, i don’t want to burn calories, I am still on bulk, I’m just trying to be healthy, I could walk less if I wanted to but I enjoy walking. my appetite crashed a few days ago and I think that’s because of the changes in my hormones, and I think I haven’t been eating enough calories, according to the step counter app I’ve been burning around 1000 calories per day on walking. I’m hoping my appetite will increase now I have had my testosterone and dbol so I can eat enough to surpass my energy expenditure and get in the protein and so I can have a successful bulk

The plan is to start a cut March next year and see where we are at

This is my physique last year at the start of my first cycle, I was weighing 69kg around that time, in my current profile picture I was 77kg shredded, I’m not sure what bodyfat % that is, so I’m hoping to be at the classic amateur weight for my height by next year, I’m not sure what that is, 81kg shredded? So I think I’m close

So my current cycle is going well so far, I increased the dbol dose to 40mg 2x per day.
I think It will take about 1-2 weeks for The testosterone to make me feel better and maybe 4 weeks to notice the deca.

From what I’ve read and from my experience I have learned that dbol is anabolic in the biceps, back and chest. Anavar seems to be very anabolic in the lats. Primo is anabolic in the core and chest. So I believe these compounds are perfect to start this bulk and build contractile tissue, I’m planning to stop the orals in around 7 weeks and then titrate up the deca, and then when my deca dose is high enough after a couple of months off the orals I’ll use dbol and winstrol, to bring the bulk to an end and get ready for the cut, I want to get more shredded than last time, I felt so healthy when I was shredded,

I’m also thinking to experiment with cruising on 20mg dbol year round, I don’t think it will even effect my bloodwork, i think it might actually improve my bloodwork. From my experience Testosterone can’t replace dbol, if you look at my picture when I was on dbol compared to 400mg testosterone my biceps look much more full when I was on dbol, I know it adds water weight but I believe that’s a pathway to growth, I also usually have a good appetite on dbol, I tried anadrol for a few days but it crashed my appetite straight away, maybe I need to build a tolorence to anadrol somehow

Interesting stuff mate. How do you find the different drugs effect your strength levels? For yourself is there a better combo? I personally find test and var works best for me.

They all seem to increase strength to some degree as long as the other conditions are met such as optimal estrogen levels.
Right now I think I’m feeling weak because of sub optimal estrogen levels and now I realise how much a difference it makes for strength.

To be honest I was even experiencing very good strength on 400mg test only, but if I had to arm wrestle Devon larratt right now I would jump on test, Tren, dbol and halo for that day but I just know that would work for me, I think the androgens balance the estrogen

That’s a joke by the way, I’m not an arm wrestler and my training prioritises hypertrophy not strength

Some of you don’t know me, I am your guy, i patrol the streets looking for someone to save, sometimes I go on patrols all night long.

This is Yankee, my Jewish friend, he wears the kippah, we chill together, people stare at us and I think it makes people happy to see us together. I feel so much positive energy from The Jewish community here. The other day I was so tired from gym he insisted I sleep in his bed, he’s like a little brother to me, he told me in certain areas people have been aggressive to him, I would fight for him and I won’t let anyone hurt him. Please pray for him, he wants to quit alcohol and start going gym

Rest Day

After I made that post earlier today I felt like I could relax so i went back to the hotel and slept.
I decided to try to rest my heart and body today for Health, longevity and performance.
I tried to walk less today. Right now I’m taking a chill with my jewish friend.

I tried to walk less today but me and Yankee went on a mission looking for food last night and I slept as his house last night, I decided to rest in the morning but again Yankee took me on a mission to find somewhere to chill today.
Last night we saved a woman from what I believe was a human trafficker, the woman looked young and beautiful but most of her teeth was broken and she didn’t look looked after, we was chilling in a park at about 3 am then the woman called Daria came up to us and asked us for help and I asked her if he was hurting her and she said “yes” so I stood up and then the man walked away, he was a Romanian man, she told me he took her phone and her passport and kids that he’s trying to sell her for sex. He told me he’s her ex’ friend And that he knows where she lives and that she can’t leave because he has her passport etc. We thought she was drunk but She said she didn’t drink anything and that the man gave her pills by force and that he beat her.
we took her to a non stop grocery store and asked her for permission to call the police and she agreed straight away.
The police came and we told them what happened and handed her over to them, they wrote my number on a paper for her and gave it to her, she told me the police didn’t help her last time, I told her to call me if she needs help.
I also helped a drunk man cross the street last night, he was like a baby, I hope he got home safe
