Today is the 7th day of my first deca cycle, I’m happy with how it’s going so far, I think coming into this with low estrogen was lucky, I think with deca you don’t want high estrogen because of the progesterone and prolactin.

tren feels like it has more androgenic action so it balances more estrogen which can work as a pathway if you balance it with something.

so I’ll be keeping the test at a stable TRT dose to add to the hormonal balance and I’m planning to titrate the deca up to 750mg maybe, I know I could tolerate more because I took Tren but apparently I don’t need that much.

Also with deca I believe it’s better to have extra androgens to keep the hormones balanced like primo, winstral etc.

I titrated the deca up 0.02ml a couple of days ago so I’m currently on 270mg deca through daily administration.

To be honest I approach all my cycles like it’s TRT.

I’m feeling better today, My elbow feels fully recovered and my estrogen feels like it is almost optimal now, im certain the anavar is real because of the physique changes, I’m feeling hard, not like dbol only, but my biceps have exploded since I added the dbol and my bicep training is basically the same.

I’m planning to have a heavy deadlift session today, I think I am ready, I feel like I want to max out my sumo because I think I could pull more that way than conventional now, but I’ll see how heavy I’ll go today, yes, my strength should skyrocket over the next 7 weeks because of the anavar and dbol but my training priorities bodybuilding so let’s see

My back was recovered recovered yesterday and this morning, it’s abnormal that it’s feeling sore now, I don’t normally get sore in the back, I was fine yesterday and this morning

This is a pretty bad idea. You’re wrong that it won’t negatively impact your health long term. Bloodwork never tells the whole story. I think people rely WAY too heavily on that, rather than trying to understand the mechanisms of what the drugs do in our body, and how damage is unavoidable when exposed to such drugs over long periods of time. It is toxic, period, even at low doses.

Aside from that though, you won’t get the most benefits out of the drug if you never come off of it/cycle it. I would rather be cycling it on and off for a full year than just be on it constantly, it will help you to clear it out of your system every now and then. The only people who can really get value out of being on ‘all the time’ still have to cycle it, they’re just upping the dose regularly.

Instead of 20mg daily for a year, maybe try this: 6 weeks on at 40mg, followed by 4-6 weeks clean, and just keep repeating this indefinitely. It will likely be better for your health to get some clean time, and it will DEFINITELY improve results in the gym.

I don’t know if you want to have a really high Deca dose while on TRT Test dose… not a good recipe if you want to be able to maintain an erection.

I also don’t know if dabbling with NPP’s is a good call, considering they are known for mood alterations, and 3 weeks ago you posted this:

Taking anything that is known to increase temperment volatility while having these thoughts is a pretty bad idea.

Why not experiment If the blood test is good?

Before TRT I had low estrogen and low blood pressure and I was pushing myself too hard and I was experiencing negative symptoms so I believe I am actually much healthier now

I don’t even drink alcohol, I think I can tolerate a little dbol and when there’s people drinking alcohol every day bro

You didn’t answer my question, according to you what is the correct formula to run test & deca?

Yankee took me to a kosher restaurant right near where I live and they have breakfast and healthy options so that’s good. He’s gone to pick up his girlfriend and I’m going to meet up with them after I finish gym.

My back was feeling ready for a heavy deadlift session yesterday and when I made the plan for today but since then my back has been feeling unusually sore and I’ve been lying down and resting all day, it’s weird

I’m hardly qualified to answer this question to be honest with you.

I said above what I think about running volatility-inducing compounds in regards to your (very recent) past suicidal thoughts, and I don’t feel comfortable recommending anything other than not taking NPPs in this situation.

It sounded like he knew how to avoid negative side effects and how to properly utilise deca, I thought he was going to be helpful to the community and share his experience and knowledge with steroids but it looks like he doesn’t have any

Why would I share my advice if you already disregarded it before?

Not saying I know you better than you know you, I’m saying that NPPs aren’t exactly known for making people more stable, and 3 weeks ago, you said:

I don’t think Deca is going to solve your problems ‘bra’, and I frankly have no interest in recommending something to you that carries a MUCH higher probability of you ending up dead by your own hand. If that doesn’t seem reasonable to you, then it only confirms my opinion that NPPs would be best stayed away from.

I’m a bodybuilder, deca is a tool, let’s just see how my cycle goes and let the results speak for itself

I disagree, as long as the hormones are balanced I see no problem in it.
And maybe guys experience these symptoms indirectly because of results

If you don’t care about the health aspect, that’s fine. But I have done what you’re suggesting, and I’ve done what I’m suggesting, and I can assure you that cycling it will be more EFFECTIVE. Studies bare this out as well, in terms of the ability of the receptors in our body to actually utilize the drugs. You will experience waning effects from the dbol if you run it all the time. I’m just trying to save you a headache down the line, your plan just won’t do what you think it will do. I’ve been using dbol for close to 10 years, I have a pretty good idea of what works with it and what doesn’t, haha. Taking time off, over the long run, will absolutely result in better gains, which I assume is a priority to you.

It CAN be a tool, but there is ABSOLUTELY no reason to believe either deca or tren are necessary for bodybuilding at your level. I can assure you that, from a bodybuilding aspect, I am FAR more advanced than you are, and I don’t use either compound. They simply aren’t necessary, even at my level. I ran deca once, and will never touch it again. And I wish I hadn’t in the first place. I’ve found much better alternatives, like EQ, that I use frequently. I’ve tried almost everything out there. I’ve run a dozen different orals. I’ve run all of the most frequently used injectables. Through trial and error, I’ve found that simply using testosterone, dbol and EQ give me the most bang for the buck. Circling back to what I was saying earlier, I’ve also found that coming off of everything frequently, and cycling intelligently, produced better gains for me than when I used higher doses for longer periods of time.

You’ll do what you want, my man, and if you want to be hard headed and ignore the people who have MUCH more experience than you, that’s your call. We’re just trying to help.

Layman, what you are failing to understand is that NOBODY here is being negative simply to put you down or make you feel bad. I’m pretty sure Andrewgen doesn’t give a shit about how you feel, one way or the other. He’s interested in giving good/appropriate advice to someone who (and I will agree with him on this) SHOULD NOT be taking 19 Nor compounds. You’ve ignored A LOT of good advice because you’re too stubborn to really assess your results, along with your mental health, properly. And you’re ignoring all the evidence that 19 Nors have a propensity towards negative psychological effects. That’s a real thing, not ‘bro science’ or whatever. Andrewgen doesn’t need to be able to explain the specific biology/chemistry involved in this process to know that it exists. He’s 100% right.

I also don’t understand why you keep giving him shit about his physique. That really doesn’t have anything to do with what we’re talking about here. I’m giving you the same advice he is.

I rested in the morning and then I went to a chiropractor, he was a really cool guy, I showed him my lifts and he said that I can make progress and deadlift 220kg in a few months, It felt nice that he believes in me and I’m grateful for his support, he told me even horses have chiropractors, he made some adjustments and did acupuncture and he advised me to train my core and he told me to do Bulgarian split squats, he said he will email me some exercises to do, I have another appointment with him soon, after that I went and had my chest and abs waxed for the first time, the lady waxing me said she thought I was 23 years old

I rested again and I did some aqua therapy today, I’m feeling much better now, hopefully my core and back will be fully recovered soon, yesterday when I left the gym I couldn’t walk properly and I was hunched over and was struggling to engage my core, my glutes still feel sore.
I’m trying to walk less and take it easy, I’ll just do the Workout my chiropractor prescribed for today

I just want to say I’m not ashamed about what I went through, I think it was the plan of God and I trust him and put my faith in him, he knows what’s best for me. I did learn some stuff.

God pushed me to spiritual failure, incase you didn’t know I tapped out and I made the prayer of prophet Job, it is said when he loves you he tests you more.

The prophet Job could withstand all the diseases and discomfort, hardship and difficultly for years but he only became perturbed when the people and his followers started disbelieving in him that he became perturbed

I am feeling much better Thank God and Thank you guys for looking after me. I feel so much Love and positive energy now
