He has no pics or stats in hub, but is 101 years old…that makes him wise.

While it is tempting to get all Internet tough on you and praise my accomplishments while belittling yours, you might want to check my training log on here. I’m not all that bad for 101yo. Promise.
I should of checked for a log. Damn good numbers! I concede. There’s just so many dudes with no pics or stats. Hard to tell who’s real. You gotta admit the 101 yrs old thing is evasive. How long you been training? You should consider putting some info in your hub. But that’s your prerogative I guess. Thanks for not E-thuggin’/lol

I ALSO think that everything Kai said is implied when someone on this forum says “work on your MMC”. Kai showed you exactly how to do it, by working with the movement until you feel it just right.

LMAO. What does that even mean, “implied.” Are you saying yeah cool, 20 minute video, but i already had all of those thoughts in my head? This is something I notice from people all the time, in an outside of bodybuilding. No one wants to listen because they think they know it all and have the principles from which they can deduce anything.
If that video didn’t help you learn something about MMC, you are:
a very experienced bodybuilder;
a Kai Greene hater; or
don’t think/care about the importance of mmc for your goals.
i’ve read and seen a few of your posts, you are useless. i won’t turn this into a back and forth conversation, i’m just making an observation based on opinion, much like your observation of the kai video. again, to restate, based on what i’ve read – your insights are pretty fucking useless.

look man, i get a bit fired up early in the day…if you training hard and have good numbers in your log than cheers. life is too short to care about e-penis contests, apologies. truth is i read a few of your posts and didn’t care much for your written perspective on a few things. that said, i write like a weirdo at times, a few folks don’t care for my style or thoughts, to each there own. train hard, enjoy…we all love the iron-- so we share that, that’s enough for me.
typical kai greene. very boring and pretentious. I am a fan of his physique but he makes me almost want to stop lifting. I need to watch intensity, give me Dorian, coleman or arnold training and I will get in the mood.

In your avi your look a bit like BBer Zack Khan. ha

On a side note, I’ve been training a little over two years now and haven’t mastered MMC, especially not with every muscle. Any videos of pros training are always informative.
I think it’s always a good attitude to think that there is something to be learned from everyone. This can fall into a few categories.
1- New information you didn’t possess previously, so you learn from listening (or watching).
2- Elaboration, clarification, or reinforcement of information you already possessed (or thought you possessed).
3- Information that totally contradicts what you believe, giving you an alternative approach to possibly explore, or simply to serve as a reinforcement of your current beliefs.
I’ve accomplished a hell of a lot in my time training, competing, and coaching, but I still read every article on here. I still watch every video someone posts up. I still hang and chat with other competitors and athletes, even those who aren’t bodybuilders themselves. Hell, I got to hang out and talk ‘shop’ with John Gaglione over dinner a couple of weeks back. Both of our goals are very different, but there’s so many overlapping conepts in terms of intelligent training and diet. In hindsight, it probably would have been a great discussion to record and put up online.
The point is, you may not agree with, or even like everyone and everything out there, but you may shortchange yourself in the long run with such a close minded attitude.

Just just found this. If that stuff doesn’t crack you up, then something is wrong with you.
From the blank looks on the other guys face during cardio, through Kai’s touching his legs/glutes saying everything is “hard”, and Kai’s package showing in his tight pants while humping the bar.
Having said that, I tried his “humping the bar” movement and it DOES feel like a nice warm-up/activation exercise for lower body training.

I’m saying “yeah, cool 20 minute video, but I had a lot of those thoughts in my head already… based on stuff I’ve read and experimented with… but I learned a few things too”
I have pretty good MMC, in general, from 22 years of classical piano. I’d expect a dancer to also have very good MMC, for the same reasons. Sure, completely different muscle groups, but the principles are the same. They all require a very precise degree of control over muscle activation.
Now to answer the question of “why don’t I have anything to show for it?”, it’s because I only have a little over 4 months of training under my belt AND I’ve not been eating enough.
But maybe I’m just full of myself. Give me a year or two, and we’ll see.
In summary: I actually think most of that was “implied”. And no, I don’t think I know it all. I just didn’t get much from the video; I expected more, and I didn’t get it.

Man, you are truly pathetic. This is bb forum and clearly you dont belong here.

GTFO with this garbage. You think the coordination required to play the piano is the same MMC required for bodybuilding? You basically just have to move your hands and fingers when you play the piano. That doesn’t give you the power to effectively target all the other muscles in your body when you’re lifting weights.

Agreed
lorez you must be trolling with this shit.
youve posted 1500 times on this site and no absolutely fuck all about lifting FIFTEEN HUNDRED for fucks sake
I mean, it’s Kai, and it’s supposed to be revered, and anyone who doesn’t revere him should be shunned. At what point should I stop mocking that?
