Upper center cest is lacking, deltoids/traps are lagging as you mentioned. Overall arm and leg mass should be improved. Ill rate at a 6.5.
My 2 cents.

Very ripped, nice symmetry & definition. Over 40!? Wow!
Thanks all. I’m planning on doing another show in early/mid-June. I’m going to focus on improving what I consider my weak areas. Any suggestions on how to best accomplish this in the next 6 weeks? My longer range goal is to do a pro show in October. 4 months is probably a better timeframe to see any noticeable improvement. Thoughts?
Great back!!!
Amazing physique. I gave you a 9. Nate is right, This clearly proves how wack this rating section is.
Looking great bro. Congrats on your result. I agree with the biceps and traps. Traps are noticable on lat sread although it is not obvious on rear double bicep.
I think your delts look good, especially lateral and rear, I think you could use a little more front and upper chest, def will help with creating at least an appearance of more size. The side shot shows great delts but the front shot does not so this may be posing as well.
Legs look great, calves can use some more work but then again, whose cant?
Where do you train?
A
Looking solid big dog.

This is exactly why the new “rate my physique” feature is retarded! You have a good physique, yet this thread is rated a 4! What the hell is that?
Maybe we need a description of what each number on the rating scale represents:
1 - Doesn’t work out at all and is grossly overweight (obese).
2 - Overweight, but not obese.
3 - Skinny fat
4 - Average build with some training and proper nutrition.
5 - Some resemblance of someone that trains and eats correctly and has been consistent (many people would start in this category).
6 - Good gains for someone who is new to training or is overcoming bad genetics or has lost a lot of weight.
7 - Obviously works out, eats right and trains hard (this is where “most” people should be after training for several years and paying attention to diet - or where someone who is more gifted may be after just beginning to train.
8 - Competes in bodybuilding contests or could possibly compete but may still need more overall mass (this is where most people are striving to be).
9 - Competitive local or regional bodybuilder or someone with great genetics.
10 - Obviously a professional bodybuilder or someone that has reached a very high level of physique.
That way, people will give a rating that is deserving.
I agree, you could use some more mass, and I’m sure you will be able to do so in time for your next show as long as you keep tweaking your training and nutrition. Good luck![/quote]
I don’t know man, I see alot of good physiques that are only getting 4’s or 5’s. The only one’s I see getting 7’s or 8’s are mostly competative bodybuilders that go to shows(with a few exceptions) It could be the duche factor but I think the scale is a little off. Just my 2 cents
I voted 8. Did you not use a tanner this time? Your alot darker in your avatar picture.
Very well balanced. You do need more mass but I am sure you know that.
