I’ve had enough, We need a spoon. You obviously stole someone else’s arm and are posing it as yours.

I gave you a 10 though because I like your style and huge bicep.
Your lucky I went easy on you, hopefully you learn from your mistakes.
I am a toughguy on the internet so I am allowed to type like this. This is a totally sarcastic post, except for the part about how big your bicep is, that isn’t sarcastic.[/quote]
Wow, makes me heart the internet. Thanks basker for startin my day with a good laugh.
anyways, nice bicep man, not easy- i personally hate training my arms more than any part of my body, including legs. I dunno why. but this is motivating.

Go away.

That depends, how fat is your momma?
my guess is pretty fat by the looks of your size.
Very nice, how many years of training do you have under your belt?

thanks much dwall. it’s hard to say exactly. i started at 14 and was pretty steady til 16. but i just lost interest and didn’t train for a few years. then i picked it up again at 20. but it was just tank top weather training. spring and summer then quit come sweater weather. this pattern went on for years. some years i didn’t train at all. then in late 2005, i saw some pics of myself and was horrified.
i was officially a fat bastard! i was close to 190 and over 20% bf. so in jan of 2006 i vowed to get serious. not just get back into shape but make a lifestyle change. super consitent trainging and diet. and within 18 months i was in the best shape of my entire life. so come jan it’ll be 3 years with a few set backs thrown in due to injury and relocating from nyc to louisville earlier this year. but i’m back on the horse and working hard.
Nobody better ever discourage you from posting pics. =)
Post away!

Man, its a shame you didn’t train seriously the whole time, if you got that physique with only 3 years of serious training imagine what you coulda done if you’d done it right the whole time. Good work, you give me hope because I have a pretty similar bicep insertion.
Even though that mike asshole said you have poor insertion points i reckon it looks pretty damn cool when someone has huge biceps with short insertion points. Personally I don’t have them but I sure as hell wouldn’t mind it at all if I did.
Also if the large amounts of 16 year olds posting in the RMP forum where your size at their age there would be less complaints!
Very columbu-esque my friend! 173 at your height is damn impressive.

your gene pool must be flwoing with copious amounts of testosterone and your dad must be a silverback gorilla for you to look like that at 15, take off lifting and make a comeback around 40 years of age and blow over 90% of this site out of the water. Kudos my friend, kudos
