I started to use machines in my routines not just compound lifts, before my back training was weighted chin ups, my aims are keep gaining strength and hypertrophy.

Lat Pulldowns “Behind The Neck” Hypertrophy:

Best approach and rep range for hypertrophy (3x10/15/20/…?) and rest time.

Lat Pulldowns “Behind The Neck” Strength:

Best approach and rep range for strength (3x6/8/10/…?) or do some cluster with heavier weight?

I’m a little confused by this post but I think I know what your driving at.

Pull downs will likely be most beneficial higher reps 8-20 after your main lift. There’s no magic number. Play around and find what works best for you.

BTN pull down is 75%the same movement as a regular pull down (until the bar is behind your head). It’s a less advantages position at the bottom so generally use less weight than a normal pulldown.
