Now into week 1 of 2nd cycle - based on 1RMs on main lifts of:
OHP: 115lbs
DL: 233lbs
BP: 152lbs
Squat: 343lbs
BW 1st thing this morning was 160lbs, so no more than in OP, but, definitely look and feel more muscular - therefore assume fat down, LBM up?
Believe I have a lot more in the tank on the 1st 3 lifts, but, would still be interested to see how this compares to guys of a similar build.
