Oh yeah, that’s one thing I’m really thankful for - that I don’t have knee issues. I had a minor ache/scare before, but thankfully it went away when I started squatting properly and strengthening my legs

Okay finally got to lift after settling in CA

Our hospital’s campus gym is free. Very basic but I can get the work done there. Might raise some eyebrows deadlifting. Still looking to get membership at LA fitness or 24 hour fitness more for the social aspect and better equipment if I need it
