Maybe use sumo as an accessory to another quad dominant exercise, and have the standard deadlift as the main movement on a different day, like a posterior day with deads, sldl, and barbell rows or something.

Something is off with my squat compared to pre covid. I think I’m squatting too deep this time around, which causes my Lowe back to round a bit at the bottom, hence lose some tension
