Most of the men in my family have really long arms and legs, myself included. Its always helped on the basketball court but in weightlifting it just leaves me with extremely well developed forearms and biceps that look pretty stringy in comparison. Inevtiably by forearms wear out long before I feel my biceps get a good workout. About the only way I can make them even a little sore the next day is rows/pullups supersetted with isometric holds on hammer curls. Anyone else have this problem or a solution?
