Thanks man, and Tuesdays take about an hour and a half and Thursdays and Saturdays usually take an hour and fifteen minutes since the working weights are lighter

Wow. That’s pretty short.

That’s all the time my schedule allows on those days so I’ve got to keep the rest times a bit shorter than usual to get the main work in. I’d like to throw in some more accessories but what I currently do usually takes me to closing time lol
