Yeah I’m lucky enough to have weights at home so the whole pandemic thing hasn’t affected my lifting that much. Recomp’s going well so far, I’m below 240 consistently now and I’m feeling better/healthier so no complaints here lol

Yeah I’ve actually gotten pushed by some guy at the gym for dropping my deadlifts from the top before lmao, I’ll take my home gym over commercial gyms 10 times out of 10. Only thing I wish I had access to would be the machines but there’s other ways to get the same work done
