Jim, I love the way Krypteia is set up and have done a few cycles. I was wondering if you have tried a set up where both horizontal and vertical pulling is done during the week.
Perhaps, sticking to the 4x a week set up and doing one day of pull ups another with rows or doing the pull ups and rows within the super set.
EX:
Squat
dip/row
squat
pull up
**My conditioning is pretty good. I usually finished a workout in under 30 min. Don’t know may help with your suggestion
