After my previous post, I have decided to run regular Krypteia (4x then 3x a week) alongside 3-4 judo sessions per week. I have a few questions:

Do I need to deload between part 2 and 3 (since they are the leader and anchor)?

On the one hand Jim says to not modify the assistance, but then goes to say to do the normal push pull single leg/core in Redux. Could I (should I) modify the assistance to do pulls/chins even on Bench/Press days since pulling strength is very important for judo, instead of either DB Squat or SLDL?

Would it be better to keep doing Press in parts 2 and 3, keeping session frequency the same? i.e Mon Press, Wed Squat, Fri Bench, Mon DL, Tue Press etc.
