No, seriously.

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahhahahahahahaha…

Seriously.

I’m not sure exactly what that’s supposed to imply. Let me guess, you think he DOES do something?

I cannot believe how many people on this board doubt people do steroids.

I know. It’s funny isn’t it?

There are just so many “normal” people I know that do or have done steroids, guys in my new gym, guys in my old gym, team mates, guys on other teams, a co-worker. The list goes on and on and they have all discussed them with me. If I start to count guys that I personally know that are rumoured to have juiced the list gets about 10 times as big.

I just don’t understand how people convince themselves that one of the strongest guys in the country has never done steroids. Same with goes with actors. If they have to put on 20 pounds of muscle and shed some fat, why wouldn’t they do a cycle?

Why do so many people doubt this stuff? Especially on a website like this where so many guys are familiar with this stuff?

While I don’t know if Kroc uses if I had to bet money I would bet yes.

I did 90 lb dumbell rows, I couldn’t imagine how 225 must feel like…

Zap, the people here AREN’T familiar with it tho. They just like to pretend they are.

It would seem that alot of the posters read everything that they can get their hands on and then go train in a normal commercial gym where they’re not exposed to it.

I wouldn’t even begin to count the number of people I personally know that use/have used anabolics. It would simply take too long.

They’re out there guys. It’s not an epidemic of drug fueled supermen killing everything in their path to get their next it. It’s your co-worker, your uncle, the guy that spots you in the gym. One thing that I do know is that steroid use is MUCH more prevelant than most people think.

I’m lifetime (all 21 years of it!!) drugfree. Do the people that choose to use bother me? Hell no, some of the best training partners I have use. Do I in anyway have less respect for them because they’re chemically enhanced? Fuck no.

People need to realise that they’re not a magic bullet. The guys I know, powerlifters, bodybuilders and general gym rats, that are “assisted” train just as hard as any of the drug free guys that I train with. And no-one in my gym sees it as cheating.

Wow what a fuck’n beast! I thought I was strong with my 315 BB rows but I feel like a weak piece of shit now. I’m going to the gym to do rows now…

I think you nailed it.

Agree. I’m just being naive by giving everyone the benefit of the doubt that they are drug free.

I work out by myself. There lies the problem. I don’t see steroid users.

Well I’ve been told. Thanks for setting me straight.

I bought a pair of olympic dumbell handles at Wal-Mart of all places and they work well enough. So anyway… I can load my barbell handles up with whatever weight I want to in my home gym in my basement.

I basically do two kinds of rows: one with strict form where I feel the “stretch” of the lats at the top and balls to the wall heavy ones like Kroc does.

One day I was messing around to see how much that I could do with either arm. I did 155 with my left and 171 with my right (I have a few plates in kg.) I could get my bodyweight about 1/4 way up.
225 for 25 as opposed to even one is mind blowing strength to me.

he said he works in a pharmacy in one of his interviews on elitefts.com.
about his “poor genetics”, he was probably skinny in highschool because he was a habitual undereater or has a fast metabolism, starts eating more gains like a mother.

He said on one of his posts his little brother graduated at like 6’ tall and 145 lbs, squats and milk and now he thinks hes gonna DL 800 in an upcoming meet (and probably will get atleast 750). Obviously good genetics are involved. They just had fast metabolisms and didnt eat enough to get big.

That guy is a monster. Good stuff. Your back is looking pretty thick as well heavythrower.

well, by that logic nobody who is small eats “enough” to get big. I dont care how fast your metabolism is, if you eat calories in excess of those burnt, you will grow. So by your argument, size has little to nothing to do with genetics, it’s just about eating “enough”

Horrible form, does anybody not see he is not rowing but throwing his shoulder down to the floor? Why even pick the weight up, he can just duck 25 times. And what kind of idiot drops the weights. All that iron could really hurt somebody when it explodes and goes flying. Last but not least whatsup with the grunting? Is he fucking the weights or lifting them?[/quote]

Can I buy some pot from you?

thanks

btw, seems like just about everybody in the world is way stronger on db rows than i am. 100-115 for 10 reps or so is way heavy for me.

when looking on youtube at other videos linked to the kroc video, i saw tons of guys thr0wing around 140-170lb db in the row like nothing. and if you believe all the numbers that people say they can do on THIS site(which i am highly suspicious of) apparently my dumbbell row strength lies somewhere between an anorexic Ethiopian school girl and the latest plus-size contestant on “America’s Next Top Model”…
