So i just purchased the DVD Intensity with Matt Kroczaleski and wanted to say if anyone is planning on buying the dvd dont. Its a waste of money. I do not know what I was thinking paying FOURTY dollars to watch home videos of him lifting that can all be found on youtube and other sites on the internet. And then theres a special supplement part where he just talks about DISALLOWED supplements the whole time because he was most likely getting paid to and doesnt even use them personally. So yea just a heads up not to waste your money if you were thinking about it haha

Yep, according to the trailer there is.
A lot of the clips shown in the trailer ARE NOT on youtube.
Yeah I want to see the nails thing too.
Ok I own the video also. I hate to agree but he is right most of the stuff on the video has been seen before. You kinda get the feel that is was made in a rush and the just pieced YouTube clips together.
But even after saying all of that it’s not bad to have crazy Kroc clips laying around on DVD if you ever want to get motivated.
yea its cool to have the kroc clips but in my opinion not worth 40 bucks. yeah they have the nail thing lol
