Bench, why did he do close grip? An injury or something? As people have said, 600+ is his, no doubt.

As for deadlift, I don’t need to comment on it, everyone already knows what I would say. As for a 1000+ RAW deadlift, I think he’ll do it, even possibly without a belt. Give this man a quality lever belt and lets watch deadlift come back from being the lowest overall lift. He can break 1050 in due time, somehow. I’d bet money he’d be the one to do it.

obviously he is amazing, i started a thread about his deadlift myself.

however, do you really think he has another 61 lbs in him to do a purely raw 1000lb DL? 61 lbs is an awful lot of weight for him to add. what are you basing this on (serious question)?

Well if he gets good pop from a suit I would say he has made a bit of progress, nearly catching up to his geared pull…

This guy is just a pure beast i would kill to have his deadlift.

You can do DL only in a full meet. People do it, and it’s a pretty lousy thing to do. Go really really easy on squat and bench just so you claim a full meet. Although, looking at how fast he was on his squat and bench, he might have been sand bagging in that meet. Full meet, isn’t always full meet.

He uses the same grip I do to bench, only with damn near double the weight…

I’m guessing he uses his bench grip cos he’s stronger that way??
