Koing: A Question

Hey man. I know you’ve been to train with Abadjiev, are you currently raining 2 days a week? If so did you not really learn much about Bulgarian methods, or did you not rate them? Or something different?

Not trying to bate you, just curious.

Also what olympic tickets you got? A load of us from Crossfit Manchester have tickets for the 94’s

You dont have to train everyday of the week 3 times a day for it to be bulgarian.

Well you do. You have to do the programme as is to be true bulgarian. Anything else is a ‘hybrid’ imo.

Yes I’m currently training 2x a week.

I learnt a lot from Uncle  a hell of a lot more then people with no real first hand experience of it. I lived and breathed it for nearly 4 weeks in total. Sure not a huge amount of time but a hell of a lot more then people who have only read about it.

Tickets, yeah I got a few :P. What classes do you have?

So what made you decide with twice weekly rather than every day? The sleep thing?

I have 85 & 94 a group tickets, you?

Because I wasn’t really getting any gains and my squats had dropped off. If I’m not resting properly it makes sense to train less. You can’t just train through spending 65hrs a week away from the gym and only sleeping 5-6hrs a night. I think for the first 3-4 weeks you can do alright but then it drops off hugely because you are just battered. Not enough rest.

I’m going to see all of the lifting

I got no tickets :frowning: jealous
