For the past 6 months I’ve only done one exercise, the infamous AB ROLLER!!! My strength has more than doubled and the ladies…oh they never stop cumming! (get it, its a pun!)
No, im just kidding. I just do squats and thats it. I squat while curling, squat while doing my triceps kickbacks, and managed to find a technique in which I can squat while bench pressing (it is SO sick!) And then I do my normal squats, but I can only go a little above parallel because my rotator cuff isn’t healthy enough yet :(. sorry, but its doctor’s orders!
you guys, im sorry for posting that stupid thing twice, (and it wasn’t even the same!) I just though that the first one didn’t go through, and i did the second one. My bad. I just wanted to be funny, but now I look like an idiot. And I am. I am ashamed.
