That use to be my old list but became too intense for me to handle. Now I just do easy compound lifts. You must be on something to keep this up!

For the past 6 months I’ve only done one exercise, the infamous AB ROLLER!!! My strength has more than doubled and the ladies…oh they never stop cumming! (get it, its a pun!)

No, im just kidding. I just do squats and thats it. I squat while curling, squat while doing my triceps kickbacks, and managed to find a technique in which I can squat while bench pressing (it is SO sick!) And then I do my normal squats, but I can only go a little above parallel because my rotator cuff isn’t healthy enough yet :(. sorry, but its doctor’s orders!
