In most, check your feds rule book. I know for a fact they are in USAPL/IPF but they arent in IPA. Just look it up.

the only Sleeves i use are elbow sleeves and thats once in awhile when i get the occasional elbow pain from heavy benching. knee sleeves are for Personal Trainers and other fags in the World of Fitness, not powerlifters.
Speak for yourself. Maybe I’m a fag powerlifter. Things could be worse.
The first step is admitting it, O.
Interesting conversation since I’m debating about getting sleeves. Never worn 'em before.
If you do, spend the money and get rehbands. Every other kind sucks.

And get the old version of the rehbands while they are still available. I bought the new version and they didn’t hold up for crap. If you do buy the rehbands, consider getting one size smaller than they recommend – they’ll be tight when you first put them on, but mine tend to loosen up as they warm up.

Yes. Absolutely. The newer ones arent anything like the blue ones. They are thinner and dont keep anything warm.

Also, the permitted sleeves in USAPL are the neoprene ones - not the heavy cloth/elastic ones that feel like they’re made out of knee wrap material. Check your fed’s rules.
