Knee Pain When Doing Single-Leg Leg Press

This is the only exercise I get knee pain in. I don’t get pain when doing normal leg press or squats.

Sounds like you should avoid that move.

A single leg leg press places twisting forces on everything below the ribcage because of the way you need to get the inactive leg out of the way. You could do single leg step ups, or pistol squats if you’re strong enough.
