Dude up your fish oils and start taking msm ( triple the dosage) the stuff works real well - I could not even brush my elbows against anything for fear of crippling pain. try the msm. i have no pain as of now.
Also squeeze the crap out of the bar - that will take some load off of the elbow joint.
get an ipod. that way you don’t have to listen to yourself tearing apart. Thats why I do it.
Training is looking good. i have a couple bad joints, and the best they have ever felt was when I was taking Flameout purchased from this very site. take 4 per day. if for some reason you cant/wont get Flameout, get the 1000mg fish pills at costco and take 4 sets of 4. Thing is, the Flameout has CLA which i dont think is in regular fish pills. according to the brag sheet, its something used for arthritis. cox 2 inhibitor or summint.
Unless your wife wont let you (my problem), get the Flameout. TC, you owe me 10% of whatever KMC buys…
old lardass
MJ- thanks… I take a fish oil… that has cla but I am going to start mega dosing again.
and Like you I talk a big game but the wife is the CEO…so I feel your pain too.
the Biotest does take paypal, one way to ahem pay discretely.
sell some jumk on ebay- buy supplements, sounds perfectly healthy and normal.
Some days I’m glad I’m single. If I were married, I can guarantee all my disposable income wouldn’t be going on garage gyms, supplements and squat suits. On the negative, I’m not getting laid.
Puppet man, sorry to hear you’re having joint issues. Have you started doing anything new? I get a lot of pain in my right elbow when I sew. It is the repetitive turning of my arm that does it.

I don’t know. I think the right guy would be totally okay with the spending on garage gyms etc…

What about the pull up bar in the bedroom door way. My decorating has gone to crap since I’m single.
well I think you can get quite creative with the bedroom door pull up bar… safe word is toaster
Thanks Joe!!!
as far as new stuff, lots of pressing/bench that I normally dont do,
that and having bad posture while I type… might be doing it.
I painted a ceiling last week, and I realized that holding the paint cup/can with my arm bent like in a curl position hurt like hell, then I thought that I had done plenty of painting in the same postition
in the last two years.
Last day of Deload and there was a max bench test that I did not see, or I would have taken it easier during the week
Foam Mobility, ytwl, dislocates, 5 hand stand pushpus, 20 clap pushups,
A speed bench 135x5x3
then 225x1,245x1,265 miss, 250x1, 255x1, 260x1, 265 x miss so 260 it be.
B CGPBP 185 2x5
C Chest supported row 2,45’s +25 2x5
D1 inverted pullup 3x10
D2 scap pushups 3x15
notes
woo sort of a PR, bench is really a fat persons lift.
the miss both hurt like hell at the bottom, need to fix that
even as a semi PR not so eventful.
I have not done snatch grip deads, since 4.8.09 miss these like big boobs.
broke down and used straps for the lasst set of 335. Yes I am a girl.
what I really wanted to do after was some high pulls. dang.
speed work felt fast and light hook gripped these too.
the dragon flags are kind of annoying- not hard but I feel the hanging leg raises
help my back more.
suitcase deads, kind of cute, should have went heavier. like 100db’s
