OHsquat- 95 x19 wtf right.
jumps felt great til set 4, love to do them but they started something in the low back
to not feel great.
Deads 315 felt heavy, go figure.
365 felt fine and flew, 385 flew, 405 first two felt great, 3rd rep felt some rounding- so I stopped. and what ever stiffness in the low back is sucking.
all the reps prior I had a good arch- I don’t know if its the bounce from the touch and go.
I am starting my deeload early, my hips and low back are a mess.
I was going to train today, but instead did some foam rolling
and made today a refeed.
so Far I had
quart of greek yogurt with flax, and blueberries
a casein/greens shake
4 HB eggs with a salad
an 8ounce turkey burger
another casein/greens shake
two apples fish oil throughout the day.
Im good for two more meals .
I really dont think i am eating enough- you larger folks have been hinting and asking about it
but I dont really think Im eatin enough.

I do the OH squats most of the time as part of my mobility warm up
I omitted any kind of heavier squat today Next week back at it.
you want to see a “deload” watch meat do it.
there is conflicting thoughts on the bee sting stuff, some people say it gets worse,
some say it gets better , really you got to get the stinger OUT, quickly or it keeps pumping venom in there.
Sorry kmc. I keep meaning to post something and then one of the other guys comes along and says it for me. You’re going great guns on this program. Keep it up!
