My family has pretty much stopped giving gifts for Christmas except for the kids and those adults who would be truly torqued if they didn’t get one (they know who they are).
Helps to avoid the “What is This Shit Show?” syndrome.
Grinch. Next thing you’ll be hatin on St Pattie’s day. I’ve got a huge family but I love the holiday season. We share the work load a lot more than you all seem too, though. Great to have you back postin and liftin. Tried your recipe for V8. Put too much carrot juice in at first but after some tweaking and a lot of black pepper it finally got close.
My wife and I got a vacuum cleaner for Christmas. I agree that Christmas presents are for kids. How’s your wife feeling? Hope she missed the fun of morning sickness.
I guess I can say you cant pick your family.
Harry- St. Patrick’s day when you don’t drink is like going to a strip bar sober.
Steve we are 7 weeks away so its more about not sleeping and being excited then morning sickness.
FF thank you, we are blessed in that regard and Yes I am still with the Defranco program
for this washed up meat head. I like banged up former super jock better.
Love the layout… the upper work is nice and different.
the lower work running after squats is just cruel.
today training 1.6.10

back raises feeling good.
running after squatting is cruel.
and left me near puking- not that squats didn’t
Other random shit I saw a T-Nation shirt on some trainer type at the gym wtf?
the two guys deadlifting in the rack when I got there ( pretty big guys)
came to shake my hand after the set of 315 that was kind of cool.
and I got some fist pumps from another big dude who I see there all the time.
that’t it.
other random shit- got a new Carhartt jacket this one is waterproof
and today I bought a car seat!!!
Nice skwattin. I have a couple of Carharts, one is about 15 years old and keeps me warmer than anything else I own. Unfortunately looks like I will have to wear it while shoveling later.
Thanks people… Yeah I have had a few Carharrts, and a jump suit.
I actually destroyed the jumpsuit armor thing.
Lets not kid people… 315x10 at 8 it started to suck hard.
and although I got respectable depth- they got uglee.
the Run was on a treadmil, which makes it faster, and running in soccer sneakers kind of hurts
so now I would be lugging two pairs of footwear to the gym
Jack thank you for telling me not to look at the video’s in the baby class,

Posing Trunks???
What the hell is wrong with tightie whities? They have more coverage and look more manly.
Nice workout. 15 chins is about my max so I know how hard those puppies are.
Question on your hanging leg raises. I just tried these for the first time today. Do you keep your knees bent going up or do you try to get them straighter? I thought this would be a big core exercise but found that most of the work was in the scapula area. Just making sure I’m doing them right.
